Yes, whenever you make a deposit or purchase a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your deposit/purchase has been successful.

How is the winner selected?
All winners of our competitions are independently drawn by the Institute of Promotional Marketing (IPM), the trade association for the promotional marketing sector, ensuring a safe, secure and fair draw.
Can I receive a cash alternative?
This depends completely on the prize that you win, often times we are unable to offer a cash alternative, however please feel free to ask, as in some circumstances we may be able to offer a cash alternative.
What should I do if I have a problem with a prize I’ve received?
We really hope you don’t experience any issues with your prize, however, if there is any problem with the prize, please let us know via our contact page and we will do everything we can to solve the problem quickly.
How will I get my prize delivered to me?
Depending on the prize we will either hand-deliver the prize or use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® to deliver all prizes. Should the prize be too large or valuable to send by mail, we will arrange for it to be delivered personally. For car raffles, depending on where you live, we will either pay your travel expenses for you to come and collect your car, or arrange for the vehicle to be delivered.
How do you ensure the prizes are always top quality?
We choose our prizes carefully and use carefully selected providers and reputable companies to ensure that all of our prizes are exactly as described in each raffle.
Where can I view my tickets?
You can view all of your purchased tickets as well as your order history through your account, you will also receive your tickets via email at the time of purchase.
How will I know if I’ve won a raffle?
If you’re the lucky winner of one of our competitions, you will be notified in a number of ways. You will receive an e-mail and/or a call letting you know you have won and what the next steps are. You will also be able to see your name printed on the website as a winner. It is vital that you keep your email and telephone details up to date, if we are unable to contact a winner within 21 days of a raffle ending, we reserve the right to re-run the draw and pick a new winner.
Can I withdraw my entry from a raffle after I have bought tickets?
All entries are final, and you will not be able to withdraw from a raffle after you have entered.
What happens if not all of the tickets are sold?
No matter how many of the tickets are sold, we will always give the prize away, no matter how many tickets are sold.
How long do raffles last?
Our raffles run for a fixed number of days, and the duration of each raffle is specified on our website, when you click on a competition, there will be a clear countdown of the time left before the draw.
How good are my odds when entering a raffle?
Your odds depend on how many tickets are up for sale on the particular raffle. For example, if 100 tickets are available in total and you purchase 20 tickets, you will have a 1 in 5 chance of winning the raffle, or even better if it doesn’t sell out! We will always clearly state how many entries are available for each raffle so you can get an idea of your odds before entering.
Do I need to sign up to play?
You must register for an account with Young Comps to take part in our competitions. The sign-up process is very simple and takes less than a minute, and your details are securely stored.
